Return and Refund Policy

At HouseFlex, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

By purchasing from HouseFlex, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ All accessories, manuals, and original tags are included.
✅ The item is not a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable product (see Section 2).

💡 Tip: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, see Section 4 for replacements and warranty claims.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
❌ Used or opened air fryers, kitchen appliances, or personal care items.
❌ Opened or assembled home fitness equipment.
❌ Digital or downloadable products.
❌ Gift cards and promotional items.
❌ Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at  houseflex623@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. HouseFlex is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4️⃣ Processing & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

📌 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

✅ Provide photos of the item and packaging for quick resolution.
✅ We will offer a free replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
✅ You don’t need to return a defective or damaged item in most cases.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued:
💳 To your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
🎁 As store credit if you prefer an exchange.
💡 Note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
